Martin O'Donnell
Martin is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also holds a Diploma in Planning and Development from Technological University Dublin, a Diploma in Arbitration Law from University College Dublin and is a CEDR-accredited mediator.
With 36 years in the property sector including 8 years as Head of Rating and Compulsory Purchase at CBRE Dublin—Martin has advised on high-value disputes and settlements, including acting for the DAA on the rateable valuation assessment on Dublin Airport and more recently acting on multi-million euro premium residential CPO cases in Dublin. He has regularly acted as an expert witness before the Valuation Tribunal, has presented on rating law and practice at professional CPD seminars and lectured in compulsory purchase compensation.
